What payment method can I use?
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express,PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort, iDeal, ING Home'Pay, KBC-Betaalknop, Belfius Pay Button.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Raphaëlle Alpaca Mood, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Are the alpaca's being hurt during shearing?
Every year we shear our alpaca's in the month of May. Shearing is for alpaca's 15 minutes of just a little stress, no pain at all. It's like we are going to the hairdresser. Afterwards they are very playfull, they feel light as a feather without that dence fleece. Shearing is also good for their fertility, 2 weeks later, it's the ideal time for mating.
