Hand-knitted in Peru from 100% baby alpaca, each piece carries the subtle variations that make hand craftsmanship so distinctive. Exceptionally soft, lightweight and breathable, the fibre offers gentle warmth without heaviness. Naturally free from lanolin and considered hypoallergenic, it feels beautifully smooth against the skin. Made without chemical treatments, it preserves the natural character of the alpaca fibre.

Rooted in a Belgian family’s love for alpacas, Hug & Hum brings together an appreciation for nature and the skill of Peruvian artisans. Our partner atelier provides local women in vulnerable circumstances with fair income opportunities to support themselves and their families.
